It starts with a call or message, then an on-site visit where we talk through design, materials, and budget. Once you approve a quote, you'll sign a contract that spells out exactly what we're responsible for — demo, cleanup, and everything in between — so there's no guesswork. From there we start the permit process, order materials, and schedule your build. Most of our decks go from framing to finished railing in a matter of days once we're on site — the surrounding timeline depends on permit approval and material lead times.

Once we're on site with materials in hand, a lot of our deck installations move fast — some customers have had their new deck built in as little as two days. The full project timeline, start to finish, depends on the size and complexity of the design, permit approval times in your municipality, and manufacturer lead times on materials, so we'll give you a realistic timeframe once we've scoped your project.

It depends on the size of the space, the materials you choose (composite vs. PVC decking, railing style, whether a pavilion or under-deck drainage system is involved), and site conditions. Because every project is different, we don't publish flat pricing — we'll walk the space with you and put together a free quote so you know what to expect before any work starts.

We collect a deposit to secure your spot on the schedule and order materials, with the balance due on completion of the project. We'll go over the specifics for your project when we put together your quote.

We do. Permitting requirements vary by municipality across Western PA, and we take care of pulling the necessary permits for your project as part of the process, so you don't have to navigate that yourself.

Yes. Every project comes with an 18-month craftsmanship warranty at no charge, covering our workmanship. On top of that, we build with manufacturer-backed materials like Trex and TimberTech and have relationships with those manufacturers to help you get their product warranties honored as well.

Our focus is new construction, but we do take on repair and maintenance requests on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and tell us what you're dealing with, and we'll let you know if it's something we can help with.

We build primarily with Trex and TimberTech composite and PVC decking, Trex railing, RDI and Key-Link aluminum railing systems, and PVC Versatex fascia and trim. These are manufacturer-backed products built to hold up through Western PA winters with minimal upkeep compared to wood.
